(1) The Foundation shall be a self-governing and organized body with unbroken succession.
(2) The establishment shall have a separate seal for the purposes of its operations.
(3) The establishment may acquire, enjoy and sell movable and immovable property as an individual or make arrangements in any other way.
(4) The establishment may file a complaint in its own name as an individual and may also file a complaint against the establishment in the same name.
